JEREMY QUINN, President & CEO of THEATREMAKERS is giving an 8-session on-camera Acting for Film class at Delray Beach Playhouse (Wednesdays) beginning November 2, 2022. Registration for Ages 12-18.
Working on the acting craft, both artistically and technically, in front of the camera; performers make the transition from stage to screen. Performers explore the physical, emotional and vocal techniques necessary for an energized, focused and creative on-camera performance using script analysis, monologues, exercises and scene work. The curriculum emphasizes on-camera technique in both single and multi-camera performance. Full preparation for all class work without rehearsal is required.
Participants walk away with examples of their work for use online and for professional submissions.
